Word Association

If ICP in the bathroom, that's not much to write home about, but someone thought it noteworthy. Later, someone else decided that his favorite band needed advertisement on the toilet paper dispenser, and yet later still, another witty fellow did a little word association of his own, in the restroom of the grocery store.
